1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or booking services with My Balloons Decor, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend that you do not use our services.

2. Services

My Balloons Decor provides balloon decoration services for social events, corporate events, and special celebrations, including but not limited to:

• Balloon Shop
• Balloon garlands
• Arches and columns
• Backdrops and themed decorations
• Installation and takedown services
• Custom balloon designs
• Rental of structures and event accessories

All services are subject to availability.

3. Bookings and payments

• To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total service amount is required, unless otherwise stated in the quote.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the event date or according to the terms agreed between both parties.
• Dates are not considered reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

4. Cancellations and date changes

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made with sufficient notice.
• My Balloons Decor reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests based on availability of dates, materials, and production capacity.

5. Weather conditions

• Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee the duration of balloons or structures exposed to heat, rain, wind, humidity, direct sunlight, or any other environmental factors.
• Once installation is completed, My Balloons Decor is not responsible for any damage caused by weather conditions.

6. Event location access

• The client is responsible for providing proper and timely access to the event location for installation and breakdown.
• Delays caused by access restrictions, venue rules, or lack of coordination may affect setup and takedown schedules.

7. Rental structures and materials

• All stands, frames, pedestals, bases, and any rented items remain the property of My Balloons Decor.
• The client is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of rental items while in their possession.
• Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the client accordingly.

8. Balloon care

• Balloon lifespan may vary depending on internal and external factors. We do not guarantee a specific duration beyond delivery or installation.

  Factor	Impact on Balloons
  Temperature & Heat	Causes air or helium to expand, potentially popping the balloons.
  Humidity & Rain	Adds weight to balloons and can cause latex to stick together or lose shine.
  Sun exposure	Oxidizes latex quickly, giving it a matte appearance and weakening the material.
  Transportation	Friction against vehicle surfaces can puncture or prematurely weaken the balloons.
  Handling	Sharp objects, rough touch, or moving them constantly increases the risk of deflation.
  Venue conditions	Rough walls, static electricity, and outdoor elements directly reduce balloon lifespan.

• 8.1 Helium-filled latex balloons
  
  

  Standard latex balloons filled with helium have an average float time of approximately 12 hours under normal indoor conditions.

  Float times may vary depending on factors such as temperature, humidity, air conditioning, direct sunlight, transportation, handling, and environmental conditions.

  My Balloons Decor does not guarantee a specific float time beyond the estimated average lifespan, as balloon performance may be affected by conditions beyond our control.

  For events scheduled later in the day, we recommend coordinating delivery and setup times accordingly to ensure the best presentation and performance of helium-filled latex balloons.

  By purchasing helium-filled latex balloons, the client acknowledges and accepts the expected average float time of approximately 12 hours.

9. Deliveries

• The client must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
• Incorrect addresses, last-minute changes, or the absence of someone to receive the order may result in additional charges.

10. Photography and promotional use

• My Balloons Decor may take photos and videos of completed work for promotional, advertising, and portfolio purposes.
• These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.
• If the client does not wish for images of their event to be used, they must notify us in writing prior to the event date.

11. Safety

• Balloons may pose a choking hazard for young children.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• My Balloons Decor is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use of delivered products.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, designs, logos, images, and graphic materials, is the property of My Balloons Decor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of liability

• My Balloons Decor’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the contracted service.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

14. Modifications

My Balloons Decor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on this website.

15. Returns and refunds

Due to the customized nature of our balloon decoration products and services, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed, customized, prepared for delivery, or installed.

Requests for cancellations, returns, replacements, or refunds are subject to the terms, conditions, and timelines outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Some custom products, installed decorations, completed services, and event-used items may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
